Lucky Draw - Terms and Conditions
- The promotion period of “Amber Club Lucky Draw Campaign” (the “Campaign”) is from 14FEB2023 to 30APR2023 (the “Campaign Period”).
- This Campaign is exclusive for people who register themselves as members of Amber Club on the Amber Club APP (the “Eligible Participants”).
- Each time when an Eligible Participant reads a lifestyle article on the Amber Club APP is entitled to one lucky draw chance.
- For members who are employee of Amber Club and are also Eligible Participants, they are not eligible to participate in this Campaign.
- Participants are required to provide valid identity documents issued by the government to ascertain the identities of the winners.
- Winner from the participating Eligible Participants will be drawn by Amber Club after the Campaign Period; prize is as follow:
- Two night stay at Deluxe Room at the FOUR SEASONS HOTEL BANGKOK AT CHAO PHRAYA RIVER with daily breakfast to be used until 30 Sep 2023
- Towa Travel Service Company Limited (referred as the “Amber Club” in the below), the operator of Amber Club, shall not be liable for any responsibilities regarding use or enjoyment of the prize.
- The draw will be conducted on 3MAY2023 and the winner will be randomly drawn. The winner will be announced on Amber Club website, Ta Kung Pao and The Standard on 12MAY2023. Prize winner will be notified by email along with the prize redemption letter on or before 5MAY2023.
- Winner will have to attend the office of Amber Club to collect his/her prize. Winner may collect their prizes from 8MAY2023 to 31MAY2023 (except general holidays). If the winner does not collect his/her prize at the redemption site and within the collection period stated on the redemption letter, will forfeit the prize without being compensated. The winner must follow the terms and conditions on the prize redemption letter. Amber Club will not be responsible and re-issue for damaged, lost, stolen or expired redemption letter and the prize that have already been collected by the winner. For the details of prize redemption, please refer to the prize redemption letter.
- If the participants or winner violate any terms and conditions or commit any illegal acts that result in any losses on the part of the Amber Club or any third parties, the relevant participants or winner will be liable for all the losses.
- No transfer, assignment, cash redemption or substitution by the winner is permitted. Any disputes arising from the use or enjoyment of the prize shall be resolved between the winner and product maker or service provider of the prize. Prize redemption is subject to the operational terms and conditions of the supplier. Amber Club shall not be responsible or liable in any way.
- If this Campaign is not capable of running as planned, due to infection by computer virus, bugs, worms, Trojan horses, denial of service attacks, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Amber Club that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Campaign, Amber Club reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual(s) who tamper with the entry process without prior notice.
- Amber Club will not be liable for any matter or loss in relation to submission delay, loss, and any information transmission error due to technical problems including but not limited to any computer or internet network issues. All dates and time related to the Campaign (included but not limited to the Campaign Period) are recorded according to the reception of Amber Club’s server and computer records.
- Amber Club reserves the right to interpret these Terms and Conditions. For any dispute arising from this Campaign, Amber Club reserves the right of final decision.
- Participants’ enrollment in this Campaign will serve as their consent to agree and accept the above terms and conditions.
